Project: Brand Development

Client: August Hill Winery

Goal: To develop a distinctive long-term brand for August Hill Winery that communicates the organization’s values: “The August Hill Winery family is committed to celebrating the insatiable passion of individual creations conceived in the heart and expressed through the hand.”

TDSM Solution:
The brand identity incorporates the original art and signature of August Hill Winery family members to visually communicate the brand’s values. The tagline, “From the heart to the hand - a passion for creation”, expresses the essence of the brand experience.

Results:
The August Hill Winery branding campaign was recognized as “Best of Show” at the 2006 Illinois Governor’s Conference on Tourism.  The consumer response has been just as great, exceeding the new winery owner’s expectations.
